QTT OS by Queen Touch Technology · Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains what information QTT OS (the mobile app, the web app at app.queentouchtech.in and the services we run for businesses) collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. "We", "us" and "QTT" mean Queen Touch Technology. "Business" means a company or shop that uses QTT OS; "you" means anyone who uses it — a business owner, their team, or their customers.

1. Who is responsible for your information

For a business's own records — its customers, invoices, staff, attendance, chats — the business decides what to keep and why, and QTT processes that information for the business. For your QTT OS account itself (your name, email, sign-in), QTT is responsible. Questions about a business's records are best sent to that business; you can always contact us too (section 11).

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, mobile number, profile photo, password (stored only in encrypted form), the businesses you belong to and your role in each.
  • Business records you or your business enter: business profile (name, address, GSTIN, bank and UPI details shown on invoices), customers, items, stock, invoices, bills and payments; employees, departments, shifts, leave, expense claims, payroll and payslips.
  • Attendance: check-in and check-out times; your device's location at the moment you check in or out, when your business requires it (to confirm you are at a work site); records from biometric attendance devices your business connects. We do not track location in the background.
  • Messages: WhatsApp, website chat, Facebook, Instagram and email conversations a business handles in the app, and replies written by our automatic receptionist for that business.
  • Connected accounts: when a business connects a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile or other page for the Marketing assistant, we keep the access the platform grants (a token, the page name and photo) so we can publish the posts the business approves. We never receive your password for those platforms.
  • Websites and online stores we build and host for a business, including the orders and enquiries they receive.
  • Payments: invoices and payment status. Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered with our payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage information: app version, device type, language, crash reports, and — only if "Share usage data" is on in Account — which screens are used. No messages or personal content are included in usage data.
  • Fingerprint / Face ID: when you turn on quick sign-in, your phone checks your fingerprint or face. That check stays on your phone; we never receive biometric data.

3. How we use it

  • To provide QTT OS: sign-in, the apps a business uses, its records, reports and reminders.
  • To run the services a business orders from us: websites, online stores, WhatsApp automation, the AI receptionist and the Marketing assistant.
  • To answer questions in the in-app assistant and to draft replies and post ideas with AI — only from the business's own data, and nothing is posted on a business's pages without the owner's approval.
  • To bill for subscriptions and services, and to send service messages (invoices, alerts, security notices).
  • To keep QTT OS secure, prevent misuse, fix problems and improve the app.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a business's records or messages for advertising.

4. Google user data

When a business connects its Google Business Profile, QTT OS uses Google's permission only to list that business's locations and to publish the updates, offers and events the business owner approves in the app. QTT OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not let people read it except where needed for security, support you asked for, or the law, and do not use it to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

  • Within a business: people in a business see what their role allows (for example a manager sees their team's leave).
  • Service providers that work for us under contract — hosting and storage, AI text generation, messaging (WhatsApp and email delivery), social media publishing, payments, and app crash reporting — only as needed to run QTT OS.
  • Platforms you connect: posts and replies go to the WhatsApp number, pages or profiles the business connected.
  • When required by law, or to protect people, our users or QTT from harm or fraud.
  • If QTT's business is transferred (for example a merger), under this policy's protections.

6. Where it is stored and how it is protected

Information is stored on secured servers and sent over encrypted connections (https). Passwords and access keys are stored encrypted; each business's records are kept separate and every request is checked against the signed-in person's business and role. Service providers may process information outside India; where they do, we use providers with appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information while the account or business uses QTT OS. When a business stops, its records are kept for up to 90 days so it can come back or export them, then deleted — except invoices and records we must keep longer by law (for example tax records). Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

8. Your choices and rights

  • See and correct your profile in Account; turn "Share usage data" off at any time.
  • Disconnect a connected page (Marketing assistant › Your pages) or revoke QTT OS's access in that platform's settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions).
  • Delete your account yourself: in the app (Account › Delete my account) or at app.queentouchtech.in/delete_account. It is deleted 7 days later (until then you can keep it): your name, email, phone, photo, sign-ins and devices are removed; records you made in a business stay with that business without your name; a business you own alone closes with it.
  • Ask for a copy of your information by writing to us (section 11). We reply within 30 days.
  • Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with us; if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

QTT OS is for businesses and their teams. It is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email when the change matters.
